• Support Rev Ops team to drive profits. • Conduct pricing checks and engage in vendor negotiations to secure special pricing. • Collaborate with sales teams and vendors as key stakeholders in the process. • Provide expertise and guidance on pricing, deal structuring, and contract terms. • Ensure compliance with internal booking policies and external regulations. • Drive process enhancements to improve team scalability and efficiency. • Assist in onboarding new sales reps and providing training on quoting tools and CRM systems. • Monitor key metrics related to pricing performance and deal closure rates.
• 2-8 years of experience in deal desk operations, pricing, or related areas. • Strong negotiation and people skills with a proven track record of vendor management. • Familiarity with CRM systems and quoting tools. • Experience with messaging and WhatsApp products is a plus. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing tight deadlines.
