Description

• Develop and maintain visual branding for marketing campaigns across various platforms. • Create eye-catching and effective designs for digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, email templates, and social media graphics. • Design website layouts, user interfaces, and landing pages that are visually appealing and user-friendly. • Collaborate with web developers to implement and refine web design elements. • Produce and edit marketing videos, promotional clips, and motion graphics to support marketing campaigns. • Work with the marketing team to storyboard, script, and create video content that aligns with brand messaging. • Design and produce sales presentations, product sheets, case studies, and other collateral that supports the sales team’s efforts. • Provide input on creative strategy and help brainstorm ideas for new campaigns and initiatives. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design skills and output.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia Design, or a related field. • 10+ years of professional experience in creative design, ideally within the SaaS field, with a strong portfolio that includes a range of successful marketing campaigns, website designs, and video projects. • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere), and web design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira. • Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, with responsibilities that include mentoring or managing junior designers. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects from concept to completion. • Experience working directly with marketing, product, sales and other stakeholders to develop and execute creative strategies that align with business goals. • Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions. • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the effectiveness of design strategies and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and present ideas effectively to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
