Description

• The Project Manager will support commercial and multifamily new construction and retrofit projects to complete energy efficiency upgrades. • Support, train and assist contractors and project representatives to scope and implement upgrades to meet qualifications for grants and incentives. • Work directly with contractors and customers to review energy efficiency upgrades and installations. • Provide technical assistance to contractors, project representatives, clients and stakeholders. • Review modeling and energy savings eligibility and project submissions. • Conduct on-site quality assurance field assessments of commercial and multifamily projects. • Oversee other quality assurance team members and field inspectors. • Collaborate with customers, trade allies, and others via email, phone, and in person to provide technical advice, problem solving assistance, answers to questions regarding program goals and policy interpretation. • Create reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies. • Provide regular updates, communications and project and project portfolio status to managers and clients. • Participate and present in company and industry trainings, communications and program planning efforts to drive successful results to meet client needs. • Conduct energy efficiency modeling and/or engineering duties. • Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of (5) years’ experience in construction, development, commercial engineering, and/or the energy efficiency industry. • Experience with team management, with the ability to motivate and develop strong relationships with team members. • Creative thinker with a focus on improving processes and efficiencies. • Experience in balancing customer interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. • Clear and accurate communication skills, both verbal and written; able to influence and keep others informed. • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and dedicated to continuous improvement. • Strong multi-tasking abilities with effective prioritization and responsiveness to urgent requests. • Effective time management and planning abilities; available for problem-solving. • Proficient in basic math; must read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. • Must have a solid internet connection and home workspace. • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
