📋 Description

• Deliver excellent onboarding experience: Train and drive customers to success through enablement on product features, environment setup, and prototyping implementation-vital features. • Design & Develop Solutions: Help customers realize value from requirements gathering through development and delivery of embedded analytics software solutions using Logi analytics products. • Serve as the ‘go-to’ product expert: Document and recommend best-practices used by the most successful Logi customers, evangelize for proper use of the product. • Drive Customer Success: Form an opinion on what Logi’s customers need to be successful, and advocate for the customer base internally.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a similar Professional Services role requiring consulting with 3 years in relevant technologies. • Experience in a customer-facing role mapping customer requirements to software solutions. • Experience providing technical consulting on the development of data-centric web applications. • Experience with front-end development with professional experience using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. • Experience navigating Windows and Linux OS. • Working knowledge of containers and micro-services architecture. • Intermediate experience with at least one relational database flavor of SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) with knowledge of the following concepts. • Writing a SQL-based query. • Stored procedures. • Table valued functions. • CTE statements. • Hierarchies. • Indexes, performance tuning, and other advanced concepts. • Basic experience shell scripting. • Deploying software to cloud environments including AWS and/or Azure. • Kubernetes. • Node.js. • Software development practices (e.g. Software Development Life Cycle, Agile methodology). • Version Control Systems (e.g. Git) and IDEs (e.g. Eclipse, Visual Studio). • Modern front-end solutions (e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS, VueJS). • Back-end languages and concepts (e.g. Java EE, ASP.Net, C#, Spring Boot, Python). • NoSQL/Search database engines (e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Cosmos DB).
