Description

• If you are interested in a position at a fast, growing, team oriented, & entrepreneurial company, this opportunity could be for you. • We are looking for a confident, motivated, bright individual to help us demonstrate and differentiate our Controllership Solutions to our prospects as a Senior Solutions Engineer. • Our Controllership Solutions include Connected Solutions for the Office of the CFO, ranging from Close & Consolidation, Tax Reporting, Disclosure Management (e.g. ESG Reporting) and Equity Management. • The focus for this role will be on Close & Consolidation and Disclosure Management. • You bring strong probing, problem solving & consultative skills to the team, with an enthusiasm for technology and innovation. • You can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. • Our Senior Solutions Engineer is responsible for supporting the specific sales region(s) and their associated sales and prospecting activities. • This is a full-time position, which has reporting responsibilities to the Director, Pre-Sales & Strategic Partnerships in EMEA.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and German. • Have in-depth understanding of finance & accounting processes, working for a larger accounting firm, software vendor or in a role as financial controller or similar role for a number of years • Must have the ability to understand and communicate complex technology and value propositions • Hands-on experience working with and or implementing EPM and/or CPM solutions, either within a finance department, or a software vendor, with the determination and aptitude to understand the fundamentals of a new solution and hit the ground running. • Experience with ESG Reporting processes will be a big plus for this role • Experience handling a broad range of prospect demonstrations and interactions on a daily and weekly basis • Must be a self-starter with a willingness to 'do what it takes" to meet & exceed goals • Possess high energy, maintain a persistent growth mind-set, enthusiasm, and be extremely goal oriented • Possess a professional business manner with an ability to identify, connect and build relationships • Strong project management: ability to organise and prioritise work independently, with minimal supervision • Ideally, proven pre-sales/solution engineering experience; targeting and demonstrating software solutions to large, multinational organisations • Able to connect with decision makers and be comfortable presenting to mid-level and C level executives in the Finance function
