Description

• Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems and integrate emerging technologies. • Assist customers in translating their business requirements into a clear vision. • Design technical solution architectures for data products and platforms. • Assist customers in defining roles, responsibilities and processes to support development and operations. • Analyze customer's systems and data landscapes to assess maturity and identify gaps. • Oversee the design and implementation of data pipelines. • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and select technologies. • Provide guidance on effective data modeling in various architectures. • Mentor junior colleagues to support their professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience at the interplay of data science and engineering, strategy, consultancy and entrepreneurship. • 3+ years of working experience in data architecture and engineering with a focus on cloud architectures. • Experience with data-related frameworks and programming languages to build data products and platforms, e.g. Python, Spark, dbt, or/and others. • Experience with data modeling techniques such as 3NF, dimensional modeling and Data Vault. • Proficiency in the design and implementation of GenAI / ML architectures and MLOps processes. • Higher education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in computer science, informatics, physics, engineering or related fields with strong academic performance. • Experience in stakeholder management, from technical level up to top management. • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in German & English, both verbally and in writing. • Basic consulting toolbox for problem solving. • Great teaching skills to enable others, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.
