• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape outcomes in regulatory and legislative proceedings • Review, draft, evaluate, and advise on legislation relating to the gig economy • Advise internal teams on laws and regulations, ensuring compliance • Develop procedures that guarantee adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements • Provide expert legal advice on issues affecting the company • Engage with industry groups and partners; serve as company representative
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree • Admission to at least one State Bar • Experience in legislative drafting or analyzing legislation • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2+ years in labor law • Proven track record of providing pragmatic and reasoned advice to business partners • Excellent writing and communication skills
