• Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is seeking an experienced attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate leasing. • Responsibilities primarily relate to Anywhere’s corporate real estate lease portfolio. • Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare, review, analyze, interpret, and negotiate commercial real estate leases. • Professional Interaction: Interact professionally with multiple business contacts. • Lease Workflow: Manage lease workflow efficiently and respond to client requests promptly.
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. Degree: You must have a J.D. from an accredited ABA law school. • Experience: At least 5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience in a large corporation or law firm. • Communication and Drafting Skills: Excellent communication and legal drafting skills are essential. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and creative problem-solving abilities are also important. • Collaboration: You’ll work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
