• BA/BS degree with 7+ years of operations strategy or similar analytical roles. • 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to leverage data for critical decisions with SQL experience. • Previous experience affecting user experience. • Proficient in Excel/Powerpoint or Google Sheets/Slides. • Ability to handle multiple work streams in a dynamic environment. • Experience presenting analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork. • Self-motivated with a desire to grow.
