Description

• Prepare and review SEC filings and compliance materials. • Advise on corporate governance and public company regulations. • Support capital markets transactions and strategic initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. State (California preferred). • Minimum five years of corporate and securities law experience. • Experience in SEC reporting, corporate governance, and securities law. • Working knowledge of executive compensation arrangements and equity plans. • Excellent business judgment and interpersonal skills. • Advanced analytical ability and strong organizational skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
