• Lead strategy, negotiation and drafting of complex enterprise technology transactions • Manage M&A related technology licensing integrations • Develop strategy to resolve disputes while preserving business relationships • Assist with training and mentoring members of the team

Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience in corporate legal department or law firm • 8+ years’ experience reviewing and revising complex commercial contracts • Proficient in Office 365 • Prefer experience in pharmaceutical, health information technology or regulated environment • Excellent contract drafting and verbal communication skills • Experience working with senior technology business leaders
