Description

• Managing day to day support for North American retail data center business • Working with a diverse team of professionals across functions, regions, and time zones • Leading/supporting negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements • Managing issues with respect to commercial transactions • Developing understanding of Iron Mountain’s business and associated legal issues • Working with internal Legal Operations to implement approved processes • Developing strategies for handling legal issues creatively • Identifying and implementing process improvements within Data Center business.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school • Bar admission in at least one U.S. state • A minimum of five years of relevant legal experience • Experience in private sector industry preferred • Mobility Requirements: Travel rarely required.
