• Lead and oversee internal controls framework and SOX compliance program. • Ensure effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR). • Foster strong risk management practices and drive collaboration across departments.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CIA, or CISA certification required. • 15 years of progressive experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or financial management. • Comprehensive knowledge of SOX regulations, ICFR, COSO framework, PCAOB standards, and US GAAP. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee enterprise-level compliance initiatives. • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior executives.
