📋 Description

• We're transforming the grocery industry. • Instacart has become a lifeline for millions of people, and we’re building the team to help push our shopping cart forward. • If you’re ready to do the best work of your life, come join our table. • Instacart is a Flex First team where employees have the flexibility to choose where they do their best work. • You will oversee the identification, design, and testing of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) for various operational and financial processes. • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure the organization is aligned with SOX requirements and other regulatory frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred. • 10 years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or related fields, with a focus on business processes. • Strong understanding of SOX 404 requirements, COSO framework, and US GAAP. • Proven success in designing and testing controls for operational and financial processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management, and financial reporting. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. • Strong problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
