Description
• Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for advertising platform • Translate high-level concepts into functional user interfaces • Solve complex problems with creative solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities • Deliver end-to-end solutions that are delightful and impactful • Develop and utilize design systems in Figma • Enhance visual design whilst ensuring WCAG accessibility standards • Conduct basic research and define user challenges • Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and designers in a fast-paced environment • Communicate design rationale effectively and contribute storytelling skills to project presentations
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in consumer products or advertising • Experience working with design systems on Figma • Strong visual design craftsmanship and good understanding of WCAG accessibility standards • Ability to conduct basic research, define challenges for the user, and design solutions • Unparalleled collaboration and communication skills • Strong rationale for design decisions • Excellent storytelling and communication skills • Willingness to help move a project forward with minimal oversight
