Description

• Position Title: Accounting Manager • Department: Accounting • Location: Remote • Reports To: VP - Finance • Installation Made Easy (“IME”) provides software and process management. • The Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting process including month end close deadlines. • Assist with quarterly financial covenant and compliance reporting. • The ideal candidate will be deadline driven and able to work independently. • Work closely with various departments within the company. • Essential Functions include providing leadership and reviewing account reconciliations monthly. • Oversee monthly accounting close and create monthly financial package. • Analyze KPIs and coordinate annual insurance renewals. • Serve as day-to-day contact for audits and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance management role • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • Professional demeanor • Sound judgment and strong problem-solving ability. • Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ability to adapt to various software packages • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization • Efficient and detail-oriented • Exceptional organization skills • Ability to adapt to changing or multiple priorities. • Positive attitude and able to adapt to change easily
