• Du betreust Kunden und Mitglieder • Gemeinsam mit unserem Marketing-Team planst du Initiativen und Strategien für die Entwicklung dieser HR-Community • Du entwickelst und aggregierst spannende Fachinhalte für unsere Community und das Portal HRM_de • Du bist für das Mitglieder-Marketing und die Entwicklung der Mitgliederzahlen verantwortlich • Du aktivierst die Mitglieder und organisierst für sie Events z.B. auf unseren HR-Fachmessen/HR-Expofestivals • Du entwickelst Kooperationen/Partnerschaften und baust das Kundenportfolio aus • Du verantwortest das Budget der Community • Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung
🎯 Requirements
• Du hast idealerweise eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL im HR-, Marketing- oder Eventmanagement • Erfahrung im Community Management und/oder im HR-Bereich sind von Vorteil • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und kannst andere begeistern • Du arbeitest selbständig, bist strukturiert und gut organisiert • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
