Description
•InStride is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. •Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights supporting growth and efficiency. •Build dynamic dashboards that empower self-service and informed decision-making.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role. •Strong expertise in SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. •Excellent business acumen with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and relationships between data. •Proficient in statistics and comfortable applying statistical methods to analyze data. •Experience identifying, defining, and tracking KPIs that support strategic business initiatives. •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for making data insights easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders. •Experience working in a collaborative environment with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. •Experience in the edtech or education sector is a plus.
