Description
• Support the development and delivery of emerging early literacy services • Lead professional development for teachers and leaders • Build relationships with school leaders, coaches, and teachers • Travel to schools in East Tennessee
Requirements
• 3-5 years as an early literacy teacher • 2+ years as an administrator or instructional coach • Strong knowledge in the science of reading • Demonstration of high expectations for all students • Experience building positive relationships with diverse team members and stakeholders • Strong oral and written communication skills
