Description

• Research, negotiate and secure sponsorships and exhibit space for target market events & trade shows • Research and book dinner or other hosted event venues as needed • Develop and maintain overall project plan and manage internal and external deliverables in a timely and effective manner - with a very keen attention to detail • Manage all operational and administrative logistics from sponsorship registration to ordering booth materials and services • Work with existing vendor partners to manage marketing inventory so each event is properly branded • Write event briefs and communicate plans and schedules with stakeholders • Manage lead collection and processing, gather post-event feedback, and coordinate post-show follow-up • Manage spend and adhere to budget

Requirements

• Proven experience with trade show and event management, education-industry experience is a highly desirable • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneously • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management • Strong time management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Experience managing event budgets • Proficiency in Google Suite and project management software like Asana
