• At Instructure, we believe in the power of people to grow and succeed throughout their lives. • Our goal is to amplify that power by creating intuitive products that simplify learning and personal development. • We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for our Chief Growth Officer based remotely. • This role provides core EA services and strong program management support for these executives. • The Executive Assistant helps our departments function as efficiently as possible by helping manage and coordinate calendars, expense reports, travel, events, meetings, space planning, and special projects. • He or she also attends the key meetings we use to run the business, takes notes, and follows up on agreed actions.
