📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in revenue operations or revenue systems management roles within SaaS or high-growth technology environments. • Experience in a people manager role preferred. • Deep expertise in core revenue technologies including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Market), and GTM technologies (e.g., Outreach, Gainsight, Clari, etc). • Proven track record of evaluating, selecting, implementing, and managing revenue technology stacks at scale. • Ability to develop and execute long-term system architectures and roadmaps. • Strategic problem solver with a data-driven mindset, capable of translating business needs into scalable system solutions. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives. • A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing strategic vision with execution.
