Description

•At Instructure, we believe in the power of people to grow and succeed throughout their lives. •We are hiring for a Sr Product Manager. •As a Sr Product Manager for Core Products, you'll help bring our mission to life - elevate student success, amplify the power of teaching, and inspire everyone to learn together. •You will be responsible for all things learning evaluation as part of our flagship product, Canvas LMS. •This is a remote position. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $160,000 + benefits.

Requirements

•Experience in product management, with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience •Be a self-starter who can create a vision and has a proven record of delivering on plans and achieving outcomes •Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics •Be highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong business acumen •Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Experience with a culture of rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and iteration •Ability to influence and build alignment between different teams and functions to successfully execute your roadmap and deliver against goals •Experience in the education industry is a plus (but not required)
