Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role • Partnership: Demonstrated ability to quickly instill confidence, both with a client and internal teams • Focus and Composure: Exhibit the ability to stay focused and composed in high-pressure situations • Flexibility: Comfortably operate in an environment of uncertainty • Adaptability: Ability to assess the situation to determine the appropriate altitude to operate from • Solution-orientation: Approach challenges with resilience and a solution-oriented mindset • Decisive Leadership: Ability to make quick yet thoughtful decisions • Clear and Concise Communication: Adept at conveying complex ideas with clarity and empathy
