Description

• ShiftKey is disrupting healthcare staffing through a platform enabling direct connections. • As a Workato Developer, you will streamline and enhance business processes using Workato. • You'll focus on connecting applications and automating tasks for improved efficiency. • Collaborate with an engineering team to develop integrations using advanced technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. • Strong understanding of API integration, RESTful APIs, and how authentication works. • Experience with Workato or similar integration tools (e.g., Boomi, Celigo, Mulesoft); a willingness to learn and master Workato is essential. • Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby, with the ability to write simple custom code when needed to enhance integrations. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve integration issues proactively. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A strong willingness to continuously learn and enhance technical proficiency, especially in API development, automation workflows, and emerging integration platforms.
