Description

• Architect comprehensive full-stack/front-end builds for a variety of digital experiences and environments • Set the bar for experience engineering and coach your team to rise to your level • Lead a team of developers across a project • Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment to manage team health and project success • Articulate your approach clearly to both your team and clients • Bring a point of view and informed opinions on platforms and code/styling solutions to evolve Instrument’s digital presence as an industry leader • Establish and maintain best practices for development, documentation, testing and automation across projects • Do great work and be great to work with

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in full-stack development and/or front-end development • Experience delivering fully functional production experiences to market • Experience in a front-end framework such as React or Vue • Experience in one or more cloud environments (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean) • A portfolio you’re proud of, showing comprehensive full-stack builds • Passion for leading-edge technology • Ability to present your work clearly and passionately • Ability to set, maintain and deliver upon expectations internally and externally • Collaboration, flexibility, humility, confidence
