Description

• Automating and standardizing the treatment planning workflow for cancer care. • Develop software for cancer clinics performing machine quality assurance (QA). • Strong foundation in Python for image analysis of 2D and 3D image sets. • Experience in cloud/web technology is ideal.

Requirements

• BS in CS or related field and at least 5 years experience. • Proficiency in Python, including experience with image analysis tools like scikit-image, SciPy, and NumPy. • Proficiency in git and repository management, including CI/CD. • Expertise in Javascript, Python and Django framework • Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud provider • PostgreSQL DB • Modern authentication protocols, for example OAUTH2 or equivalent • Familiar with modern security requirements for cloud (e.g. OWASP).
