📋 Description

• Responsible for monitoring and controlling high transactionality platforms, networks and IT Infrastructure. • Execute daily operational activities required to manage IT services and infrastructure. • Orchestrate resolution of incidents related to operational platforms, managing communication with clients and internally. • Elaborate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) ensuring in-depth analysis and registration of problems for further resolution. • Perform first level of support for service requests and incidents. • Carry out routine network and platforms maintenance tasks. • Propose improvements in monitoring, incident management and service desk support.

🎯 Requirements

• Studies in Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT or other relevant field. • 3+ years of NOC experience in high transactionality platforms and 1+ years in incident management. • Experience with at least 3 of the monitoring and visualization tools Grafana, DataDog, Nagios, Looker, Pandora and Pager Duty. • Believe that the mission of building financial infrastructure for Latin America is worth pursuing, and are motivated by reducing the complexity of the existing landscape. • Are comfortable with goals that are ambiguous, and can help drive them towards clarity. • Leadership, communication and teamwork skills. • Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude and self-taught profile. • Capacity for analysis and research. • Autonomy to execute assigned tasks and achieve continuous improvement. • Are excited by the impact you create as much as how you achieve it. • Hold yourself and others to a high bar when working with production systems. • Take pride in working on projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems. • Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams. • Nice to have but not mandatory: • Experience in the fintech industry. • Use of service management tool JIRA. • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
