📋 Description

• Lead and manage a key product area focusing on our Collaboration Product • Contribute to the vision for the Intapp platform, delivering best-in-class product experiences • Ensure that products work together seamlessly • Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with cross functional peers and executive stakeholders • Champion a human centered product development process within the Design team and with cross functional stakeholders • Present design solutions to partners and company executives and incorporate feedback into the design cycle • Partner with UX Research and the Design System team

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years' experience with Enterprise, B to B SaaS products • Demonstrable experience with enterprise document collaboration tools, processes and paradigms • Be comfortable with ambiguity and drive towards crisp problem statements and measures of success with cross functional partners • Experience working with a platform framework and considering the holistic end user experience • Experience working with and contributing to a Design System and familiarity with Microsoft Fluent UI • Experience presenting design decisions to stakeholders, from peers to executives • Experience or curiosity on how to integrate AI appropriately
