🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design • Proven track record of driving growth through design in a fast-paced environment. • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. • Excellent visual design skills and some experience in e-commerce and/or growth design • Strong understanding of user behavior, conversion rate optimization, and data-informed design • Experience in conducting and running user research • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance metrics. • Expertise in managing and evolving Design Systems • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills. • Portfolio showcasing growth-focused design projects and results.
