📋 Description

V7 turns human knowledge into trustworthy AI, powering products that solve our hardest problems. We are seeking a second product designer to own the design work for new features and improve existing UI/UX. Design plays a critical role at V7. As our 2nd product designer you’ll have a huge part in shaping our product direction. We're currently at an exciting stage. Big enough to give you stability and an incredible work environment. Our customers find a lot of value in what we offer, and we have a lot of ideas on what else we can build to make UX easier, more engaging, and more elegant.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of full-time product design experience at a SaaS startup. A portfolio of exceptional product designs shipped within a fast-paced environment. Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills. Experience designing complex product workflows, ideally B2B, from ideation to high-fidelity mocks, and take a system-centric approach to design (think and work with components). Good written and verbal communication skills to articulate the reasoning behind your designs. Ability to translate insights from product analytics (Posthog) or user interviews into concepts. Proficient in Figma and Framer.
