Description

• Responsible for ensuring Integer has a compelling and fully aligned strategy for Manufacturing Equipment and Technology. • Maximize return on investment on the current asset base. • Develop a Manufacturing Technology/Automation Strategy for Integer. • Collaborate with the Director of Indirect Sourcing to select external strategic Suppliers. • Promote a culture of quality within the Manufacturing Technology team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field. • 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in Technology/Engineering management. • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams. • Proven experience developing and driving technology integration. • Proven track record managing responsibilities across multiple geographically dispersed sites. • Hands-on experience managing large-scale technical projects. • Demonstrated success using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. • Ability to manage budgets and conduct capital investment analysis. • Knowledge of industry regulations and experience ensuring compliance with ISO, FDA, or other relevant standards.
