🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is required. • A master’s degree is considered a plus. • You should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in leadership roles, with additional credit for experience in team building. • A strong background in digital operational processes, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, is essential. • Demonstrated leadership experience, showcasing your ability to motivate and develop teams effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with all stakeholders.
