• Actively participate in detailed design sessions to help elicit requirements • Document requirements in Jira and develop supporting artifacts • Assist with the creation and maintenance of release notes and user guides • Guide development organization regarding domain and/or application queries • Lead bug triage sessions and track issues to resolution
🎯 Requirements
• Basic data analysis and troubleshooting skills required • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including management • Strong analytical and product management skills required • Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or other Agile Lifecycle Mgt tools preferred • Strong grasp of Business Productivity software (Microsoft Office and/or Google apps) • Flexible attitude to meet changing customer needs, and management demands • Business Requirements elicitation, document analysis, requirements elicitation, business process descriptions • Experience with testing and working with technical teams to resolve issues • Knowledge of US Healthcare and Life Sciences operations preferred
