•This is a contingent position and the start date timeframe is to be determined. •Full-time Employee •Remote •About Us: Integrity Management Services, Inc. is an award-winning, women-owned small business specializing in assisting government and commercial clients in compliance and program integrity efforts. •We offer a culture of opportunity, recognition, collaboration, and supporting our community. •Our small, flexible workplace offers an exceptional quality of life and promotes corporate-driven sustainability. •We deliver creative solutions that exceed goals and foster a dynamic, idea-driven environment. •We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with strong technical and communication skills to impact operations and contribute to the company's success. •This position will have routine interaction with Federal agency stakeholders and users. •Reports to the Project Lead. •Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and risk identification. •Gather, analyze and document requirements for enhancements or new features. •Provide Tier 3 support, conducting advanced troubleshooting. •Create and execute testing plans and test application(s). •Log deliverables and tracking timelines. •Monitor system and application performance. •Ensure data quality control through routine audits.

Requirements

•Candidate must be able to successfully complete a federal systems access background check. •Bachelor's degree with 5 years of work experience in a business analyst role demonstrating proven expertise translating business requirements into technical requirements for IT-based projects. •Familiarity with full software development life cycle and agile project management methodologies. •Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence. •Help Desk Support/Management •Systems Management •IT Operations Risk Management Systems •Technical proficiencies should include a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and network admin. Familiarity with a variety of hardware, software, and OS are a plus. •Strong communication skills to interface with other departments, client stakeholders, and leadership, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. •Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform Suite (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Apps). •Experience with SharePoint, Sybase, and PostgreSQL. •BS/BA required (Information Technology, Computer Science or similar is preferred). •At least 5 years of work experience in a business analyst role. •Relevant technical certifications such as agile-related Scrum Master Certification, PMI-PBA certification, Microsoft Power Platform, database management, or equivalent certification are a plus.
