Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js. • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks. • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API. • Solid understanding of front-end tools and technologies, including Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn. • Familiarity with CSS pre-processors (e.g., Sass, LESS) and frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Material-UI). • Experience in testing front-end applications with tools like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. • Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance). • Understanding of version control systems like Git and branching workflows. • Experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and integrating them into front-end applications. • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in Agile teams. • A user-focused mindset with the ability to balance technical implementation with UX considerations. • Eagerness to learn and stay updated with evolving front-end technologies and best practices. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. • Experience with CI/CD tools and workflows for front-end applications. • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure. • Knowledge of financial services or prior experience in fintech projects.
