📋 Description
• Facilitating seamless onboarding processes for new hire. • Conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding procedures. • Proficient in utilizing payroll systems to process payroll accurately. • Ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll regulations. • Addressing employee inquiries related to payroll issues. • Managing employee benefits programs. • Collaborating with benefits providers for smooth enrollment processes. • Educating employees on available benefits options. • Staying abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations. • Assisting in managing employee relations. • Maintaining accurate employee records. • Ensuring confidentiality and privacy of employee information. • Collaborating with finance, legal, and other departments. • Partnering with external vendors to optimize HR service delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, USA payroll and benefit exposure is a plus. • Proficient understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the USA. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Experience with Canadian HR functions is also highly valued.
