• InfiniSource Consulting Solutions, Inc. is currently searching for Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support our corporate office. • The ideal candidate for the HR Generalist role has proven expertise in Human Resources. • This includes benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, and training. • To succeed in this role, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field • Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset • Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and significant knowledge of HR procedures and policies • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Additional HR training or experience is a plus • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems (Paylocity/Unanet), and the ability to learn new technical systems as needed
