📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Employee Relations Specialist. • Join Hyremote, a remote staffing company dedicated to connecting overseas professionals with American businesses. • Play a vital role in the HR department, focusing on employee well-being and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. • Conduct 10-15 individual 30-minute meetings daily with employees to assess their personal and professional well-being. • Build trust and rapport with employees, ensuring they feel valued and supported. • Identify and address concerns or challenges employees face. • Maintain detailed notes after each meeting for accurate records and progress tracking.
🎯 Requirements
• Hold relevant credentials as a registered therapist, social worker, or similar. • At least 1 year of experience in a counseling, therapeutic, or similar role. • Approachable, empathetic, and skilled at building meaningful relationships. • Capable of identifying subtle cues and addressing concerns effectively. • Work seamlessly with the HR team to resolve issues and maintain employee satisfaction. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Comfortable handling sensitive topics and fostering open dialogue.
