📋 Description
• Seeking a ServiceNow HR Business Process Consultant (BPC) to drive successful implementations • Collaborate with customers to develop implementation strategy and HRSD solution design • Drive HRSD process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis for customer solutions • Manage and communicate process and business requirements to ensure solutions meet expectations • Engage in timely communications and deliver excellence
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience with IT project-based work in HR • An understanding of deploying processes/solutions in customer environments • The ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) while providing thought leadership to HRSD sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems during project delivery • Experience in requirements gathering and creating process documentation • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver them on schedule • First-class communication and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude • ServiceNow or comparable case management experience is a MUST
