Requirements
• 1-3 years of proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone • Working knowledge of CRM and telephone systems • Excellent communication and presentation skills with clear proficiency in English • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints • Persistent and results-oriented with patience and ability to handle customer rejection • Freshers can also apply for trainee roles
