📋 Description
• We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Manager who can navigate complex client contexts and drive projects to successful completion. • You will serve as the key liaison between our clients and development teams, ensuring smooth communication, clear priorities, and timely project delivery. • Collaborate with clients to understand their expectations, define project goals, and translate them into actionable plans. • Develop and oversee project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets. • Ensure smooth execution of Agile processes tailored to each project's needs, with a focus on quick feedback loops. • Help clients refine their ideas by aligning development efforts with business goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in project management within a software development environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Agile mindset and understanding of methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, or similar. • Basic understanding of software development processes and technology stacks commonly used in building marketplaces, SaaS, and AI products. • Ability to identify value and opportunities for clients while maintaining a Lean approach to budgeting and scope. • Fluent English proficiency. • Experience working with startups and scale-ups is a significant advantage (preferred). • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines. • Scrum Master experience: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and resolving bottlenecks. • Coach teams on Agile best practices to enhance collaboration and productivity.
