🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 full-cycle project deliveries. • Strong understanding of technical architecture and the ability to engage in customer-facing technical discussions. Experience in AI, Virtual Assistants, or chatbot technologies is a huge plus. • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, SmartSheet, and project tracking tools like OpenAir. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred. • Ideally, you’ve worked in a startup environment with 5-30 employees, where you can adapt quickly and take ownership of diverse responsibilities. • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills, with a track record of working closely with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Experience managing projects with global teams and working across time zones. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and manage risks. • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Emotional maturity and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are key.
