📋 Description
• We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services for our Dynamics 365 software products. • Play a critical role in communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues promptly.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service applications or Salesforce • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in technical support • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
