🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Paid Social Advertising, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld • Tiefgreifendes Wissen und praktische Erfahrung mit TikTok, Meta und YouTube Ads – du kennst die Plattformen in- und auswendig. • Strategisches Denken gepaart mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität für die operative Arbeit • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Spaß an Zahlen und Daten – Performance ist dein Ding • Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Stakeholdern • Lust auf proaktive Wissensweitergabe und Freude an der fachlichen Entwicklung des Paid Social Teams • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und höchste Ansprüche an deine eigene Arbeit • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
