•We’re looking for a Technical Client Success Manager to join our international team. •In this role, you will build strong relationships with our clients and ensure their success throughout their journey with us, by providing support, guidance, and personalized assistance to help them achieve their goals and maximize their satisfaction with our products and services. •If you thrive in a client-focused environment and have a passion for technology, this role is tailored for you!
•5+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Client Success Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar client-facing role in the software industry, preferably in the capital markets/financial sector •Strong technical aptitude with a basic understanding of JavaScript/Typescript (familiarity with C# or Java will be considered an advantage) •Experience working with a SaaS or other technical products and willingness to gain deep product knowledge and work with technology •Comfortable conducting software product demonstrations •Demonstrated ability to work independently •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach •Team player with the ability to build strong relationships •Excellent command of spoken and written English •Willingness for regular travel, between 10-20% of the time
