Requirements

•Partner with customers to ensure the best use of the product •Act as a product expert, continuously improving product knowledge •Manage customer expectations in their overall interop.io experience •Develop a repeatable, scalable, and meaningful account program •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience •Work closely with the Sales team to identify opportunities for growth •Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction •Develop client use cases & case studies •Document technical issues, analysis, and communication with clients
