Description

• Identify companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile. • Build relationships within the first 12 months to drive repeat business and understand growth opportunities. • Ensure smooth handover of deals for successful events and follow up with a thorough post-event process to prove ROI and drive repeat business. • Manage customer contact and customer retention through consistent and meaningful interaction. • Rectify any event issues by following up with ops and management to leave customer satisfied. • Lead generate and scope new customer accounts weekly. • Liaise directly with the Client Solutions Directors to strategise where focus for new business growth can come from global companies. • Awareness throughout the whole event process from a customer service perspective. • Liaise with accounting for effective and accurate invoicing. • Feedback collation and analysis. • Internal reporting. • Administrative elements apply to this role. • Assist with arranging meetings for the CSD during business travel. • Ensure a smooth and thorough handover of new customers to the SAM team upon release of the customer by the CSDs. • Responsible for HubSpot reflecting sales activities of the CSDs.

Requirements

• Confidence to meet with prospective customers over Teams meetings and make customer phone calls. • Confidence to liaise with external and internal stakeholders at C-level. • Attention to detail. • Technology savvy. • Work independently. • Carry the workload independently while maintaining consistent quality. • Building relationships. • Follow processes, systems, and documentation; identify issues or barriers to efficiency; recommend improvements. • Communication skills – active listening, negotiation, conflict resolution. • Willingness to learn, adaptive to quick changes. • Quick learner, operational excellence.
