• We are Bloom Growth ™—a business growth operating system supported by software. • Our proven ecosystem is designed to lead your business on a journey to exponential growth. • This position is 100% remote. • The Strategic Marketing Director is a new position within our organization. • Working with our established marketing team, you’ll translate vision into marketing-qualified leads. • You know how to generate digital buzz through PR and Social Media and have a proven track record of attracting attention and leads. • You know how to tailor content to nurture and grow current clients. • Our target market includes leadership team members looking for growth and entrepreneurs looking for their next challenge. • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for all digital marketing activities including PR, SEO, SEM, email, text, social media, and content marketing. • Responsible for direct lead generation from digital and online channels for our entire ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused company. • 5+ years of management and lead development expertise. • 3+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience working in HubSpot/ CRM systems. • Proven experience Marketing to entrepreneurs/entrepreneurial businesses and/or businesses in a growth mode. • Experience working with a business operating system such as EOS, Pinnacle, or Scaling Up. • Demonstrated strategic thinking with a history of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. • Strong knowledge of market research, data analysis, and digital marketing trends. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills. • Deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
