Description

• Company Overview: Intersect Power is a team of friends driven to preserve our planet for future generations through low-carbon energy and infrastructure solutions. • Location & Team Gatherings: As a fully remote team, we prioritize building strong connections and a collaborative culture. • About This Position: Reporting to the Manager, Accounting, the role will support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, the audit process, and the GL accounting team as needed.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong grasp of basic and intermediate accounting principles • Mid-level experience with Excel (SumIF, Pivot tables, and V-lookup) • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with clients, agencies and vendors • Capability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment • Willingness to wear multiple hats and take ownership of full financial reporting requirements • Experience with or knowledge of Sage Intacct is a plus • Experience with renewable accounting and public company reporting is highly desired
