📋 Description

• Intersect Power is a team of friends driven to preserve our planet for future generations through low-carbon energy and infrastructure solutions. • We develop, own, and operate some of the world’s largest grid-tied clean energy resources. • The Senior Manager of GL accounting will play a key role in the accounting department. • You will be a strategic leader responsible for the oversight of the general ledger function. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with all applicable accounting standards.

🎯 Requirements

• THIS ROLE REQUIRES EXPERIENCE WITH GENERAL LEDGER STRATEGIC PLANNING AND TEAM LEADERSHIP • 8-10 years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and internal control environments • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and ability to proactively connect with the company as a remote employee • Innovative thinking • Experience directly managing the GL function and teams. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment • CPA or Masters Degree in Accounting • Experience with or knowledge of Sage Intacct is a plus • Experience in renewables is a plus • Mid-level experience with Excel (SumIF, pivot tables and V-lookup)
